So, what are those back-saving exercises? Do take into consideration the following ones and get back a healthy Back:

4) Lie down with a straight back and take a deep breath. Now start moving your feet in the upward direction by keeping them together and without bending your feet do try to be in that position for some time until it hurts. After that, relax for a moment and repeat it for four to five times without exerting extra pressure on your back.

5) Lie down on your stomach and try to bend your legs towards your back. Start raising the back of your head and make an effort to hold your feet at your back. Please be careful as it is a difficult exercise, you will gradually be able to do it and in the beginning if you feel some pain then leave it immediately and relax.

6) Lie down on your back and raise your right leg. Now move your head in right direction and your leg in the left direction. Stretch for a moment in this posture and then repeat the same procedure with your left leg in right direction and head on the left side.
